Seun Olowolafe

          Seun Olowolafe is a lawyer, educator, and advocate for equitable, tech-integrated legal practice. He holds a B.A. Specialist in Philosophy from the University of Toronto and earned his Law Degree in the United Kingdom, building a strong interdisciplinary foundation in critical reasoning and comparative legal systems.

                  Before entering law, Seun worked as a management consultant and real estate entrepreneur, bringing strategic insight and practical business experience to his legal work. He has successfully represented clients before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and is recognized for his ability to navigate complex legal matters with skill and confidence.

Seun's career also reflects the broader challenges faced by equity-deserving professionals in obtaining professional credentials, particularly during periods when programs like the Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) were less accessible. Despite these barriers, he has emerged as a champion for innovation in legal service delivery, advocating for the ethical use of artificial intelligence to enhance access, compliance, and systemic efficiency.

                 Beyond the courtroom, Seun is deeply committed to public service and mentorship. His work spans advocacy for access to justice, ethical AI development, regulatory reform in intellectual property, and digital fraud prevention. As a public speaker and mentor, he actively supports the next generation of Black leaders through initiatives such as the University of Toronto Mississauga's Black Alumni Mentorship Program, where he fosters meaningful mentorship, professional growth, and community-building in the legal profession.
